Dear Commissioners:
West Fiber, LLC ("Company"), holder of Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity No. 36734, issued by the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") on
August 22, 2025, authorizing Company to provide local exchange telecommunications services
within the State of Idaho, and pursuant to the extension order No. 37014 issued April 29, 2026,
hereby provides the Commission notice that it currently does not have any basic
telecommunications customers and has not yet initiated services in the State of Idaho. The
Company stands ready to provide any additional information the Commission may require.
