REQUEST:

At what frequency does CAP report measures installed and associated expenses to the Company? What documentation of expenses does CAP provide to the Company? Please provide all CAP documents received by the Company pertaining to expenses incurred in 2014 and 2015.

RESPONSE:

CAP provides billings to Avista as inspections and documentation are completed, by Agency, related to qualifying energy efficiency measures. Avista provides an invoice form for the Agency to submit requests for reimbursement that include the measures, the project costs and details about the home.

Please see Staff_PR_16 Attachment A and B for examples of invoices for 2014 and 2015. Due to the volume of documentation that is associated with each project, it would be unduly burdensome to provide all documents. The Company can provide documentation for selected projects from the attached list, and documentation for all projects for review at Avista’s main office.
