On May 5,2026,Commission Staff(Staff)of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission(Commission)
applied for an order to update Surrogate Avoided Resource(SAR)Model inputs and approve SAR-
based avoided cost rates.
On June 9, 2026, the Commission issued Order No. 37065, Notice of Application, and Notice of
Modified Procedure, allowing 21 days for parties to submit comments on Staff s application.
PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power has reviewed the calculation of the new published avoided
cost rates and agrees the published avoided cost rates were updated correctly.
