SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S APPLICATION FOR
APPROVAL OF THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE POWER
PURCHASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN IDAHO POWER COMPANY AND
USG OREGON,LLC; CASE NO. IPC-E-26-12.
On April 15, 2026, Idaho Power Company ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission("Commission")requesting approval of the Third Amendment to the Power
Purchase Agreement between the Company and USG Oregon, LLC for the Neal Hot Springs
geothermal project("Application").
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified
Procedure, establishing a 21-day public comment deadline and a 28-day Company reply comment
deadline.
