CUSTOMER NOTICE

Southshore 2 Water Company, LLC ("Company") has filed an application with the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission ("IPUC" or "Commission") requesting approval of a rate increase for water
service. The Company is requesting that the proposed rate become effective July 15th, 2026.
The Company currently charges a flat rate of$95.00 per customer per month for residential
water service. The Company is proposing a new flat monthly rate of$195.00 per customer.
If approved, a residential customer would see the monthly bill increase from $95.00 to $195.00,
an increase of$100.00 per month, or approximately 105.26 percent.
The proposed rate increase is requested to recover increased costs associated with operating,
maintaining, administering, insuring, and regulating the water system. The Company states that
the requested increase is necessary to support continued safe, adequate, and reliable water
service.
This application is a proposal and is subject to public review and a Commission decision. A copy
of the application is available for review at the offices of the Commission and Southshore 2
Water Company, LLC.
