PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO INCREASE WATER RATES UTILITIES COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Southshore 2 Water Company, LLC ("Company") has filed an
Application with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("IPUC" or"Commission") requesting
approval to increase rates for water service in its certificated service area.
The Company currently charges a flat monthly residential water rate of$95.00 per customer.
The Company is requesting approval of a flat monthly residential water rate of$195.00 per
customer.
The Company has requested that the proposed rates become effective July 15, 2026, subject to
review and approval by the Idaho Public Utilities Commission.
The Company states that the proposed increase is necessary to recover the costs of operating,
maintaining, administering, insuring, and regulating the water system and to continue providing
safe, adequate, and reliable water service.
The Commission will review the Application and determine whether the proposed rates are fair,
just, and reasonable. The proposed rates are not effective unless approved by the Commission.

Idaho Public Utilities Commission or on the Commission's website.
