On October 9, 2025, the Commission issued Order No. 36799, granting Bear Claw Water
System, LLC ("Company") a CPCN and directing Commission Staff("Staff") to open a separate
docket to evaluate whether the Company's interim rates were fair,just, and reasonable.
Case No. BCW-W-25-02 was opened on October 9, 2025, to investigate the rates and
charges of the Company.
On April 7, 2026, the Commission issued Order No. 36996, conditionally approving the
Company's current interim rates.The Commission further ordered the Company to work with Staff
to prepare and submit a tariff setting forth all rates, charges, and non-recurring fees, as well as a
summary of rules consistent with the Utility Customer Relations Rules. Order No. 36996 at 7.
On May 27, 2026, the Company submitted a compliance filing with a tariff and summary
of rules.
During the Commission's June 4, 2026, decision meeting, Staff presented a Decision
Memorandum recommending that the Commission approve the Company's tariff and summary of
rules, as filed, with an effective date of April 7, 2026.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
The Commission has jurisdiction over the Company's Application and the issues in this
case under Title 61 of the Idaho Code including Idaho Code §§ 61-301 through 303. The
Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges,rules,regulations,practices, and contracts
of all public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential,
discriminatory, or in violation of any provisions of law, and to fix the same by order.Idaho Code
§§ 61-501 through 503.
Having reviewed the Company's submissions, Staffs recommendations, and the record,
the Commission finds that the Company has submitted the documents and other information

required by Order No. 36996. We hereby approve the Company's tariff and summary of rules,
submitted on May 27, 2026, as filed, with an effective date of April 7, 2026.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's tariff and summary of rules filed on May
27, 2026, are approved with an effective date of April 7, 2026.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within 21 days of the service date upon this Order regarding any matter decided in
this Order.Within 7 days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may
cross-petition for reconsideration.Idaho Code § 61-626.
