JSA,valid dig ticket, line locating(hand dig to daylight service), verified operator qualifications, correct
trench depth, squeeze off,mechanical fittings (met-fit end cap), leak test with soap,bedding with native
soil and backfill.
Observations included(3075 Stephanie Road,Pocatello, ID)(Leak Repair Service Line): Safety
equipment, JSA,valid dig ticket, line locating(hand dig to daylight service), verified operator
qualifications, correct trench depth, squeeze off,mechanical fittings(met-fit couplers),pressure test at 97
psi for 15 min, leak test closed fitting with soap,bedding with native soil and backfill.
All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC procedures.
