submits this correspondence on behalf of the Company who is presently providing Voice Over
Internet Protocol ("VoIP") services to business customers in the state of Idaho.

The Company has been providing VoIP services to business customers in the state of Idaho since
at least if not one (1) month prior to January 2025 based on advisement of Commission staff
who we have come to find is no longer employed with the Commission.
In light of the advisement which had been provided by the Commission staff to CLA, and in turn
the Company, they have been in full compliance with Commission rules and has filed all
requisite Commission reports related to Telecommunications Relay Service reports on a quarterly

basis as to the Commission and also any additional reports that are required to be provided to
the Commission.
Additionally please note that the Company is registered in the state of Idaho as a foreign
corporation and is presently in good standing with the Idaho Secretary of State.
