Mike,
Annette and I are working through the interest calculations in the balancing accounts as it pertains to the actual amounts
recorded, including all the corrections made during the PCA period, in conjunction with my audit of all the actual
amounts. Right now I am hesitant to say that there is an error in the calculation of the interest in the balancing
accounts.
I will know more by the time I finish my audit of all the actual amounts in all the various accounts.

Annette,
I have attached what we believe to be an error in the calculation of interest in the balancing accounts. See the tab "Staff
interest Adj ." The ${1583) needs to be corrected since it occurred prior to the end of the deferral period. The other
corrections are related to the projections (i.e. the $-3K that should be pulled out of the Revenue Requirement because it
was double counted and the $470 in projected interest) and will be trued up in next year's PCA. The total amount of the
corrections are very small, so we are not concerned with changing the rate.
If you can confirm this, I would appreciate it.
