On May 11, 2026, Ruveon, LLC, an affiliate of Bayer Corporation ("Bayer") filed a late
petition to intervene in the proceeding. No one opposed Bayer's petition. Having reviewed the
record, we conditionally grant Bayer's petition as follows.
FINDINGS
Commission Order No. 36998 set a May 4,2026,deadline for petitions to intervene. Bayer
filed its petition to intervene on May 11, 2026. Bayer's petition is, therefore, untimely.
Untimely petitions to intervene are governed by Rules 71-75, IDAPA 31.01.01.071-.075.
Based on the record, we find that Bayer has shown good cause for the untimely filing, and that it
has a direct and substantial interest in this proceeding and will not unduly broaden the issues. We
thus find it reasonable to grant Bayer's untimely petition to intervene on the condition that Bayer
not delay, disrupt, or unduly broaden the issues in this proceeding. We note that, per Rule 73,
Bayer is bound by all prior orders and notices issued in the case.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Bayer's petition to intervene is granted on the
conditions specified above.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers hereafter
filed in this matter on all parties of record. For purposes of service, the Intervenor's contact
