On March 17, 2026, Peerless Network of Idaho,LLC ("Company) submitted a notice with
the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") updating the business address and name
of its parent company, Peerless Network, Inc., to its new name, Infobip Voice, Inc., effective
February 10, 2026. The Company requested that the Commission update its records to reflect the
changes. ("Notice").
At the Commission's Decision Meeting on May 19, 2026, Commission Staff ("Staff")
presented a Decision Memorandum recommending the Commission acknowledge the Notice
submitted by the Company.
Having reviewed the record, we acknowledge the Notice filed by the Company that
changes Peerless Network, Inc.'s name to Infobip Voice, Inc. in the Commission's records.
