Commission Staff("Staff') of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission"),
by and through its attorney of record, Jeffrey R. Loll, Deputy Attorney General, requests that
Cable One, Inc. ("Company")provide the following documents and information as soon as
possible, but no later than MONDAY,JUNE 8,2026. All responses should be filed with the
Commission Secretary at [e-mail].
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and the Company is requested
to provide,by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it, or any person
acting on its behalf, may later obtain that will augment the documents or information produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations, and the name,job title, and telephone number of
the person preparing the documents. Please also identify the name,job title, location, and
telephone number of the record holder.
In addition to the written copies provided as response to the requests,please provide all
Excel spreadsheets and electronic files with formulas intact and enabled.

REQUEST NO. 1: Please provide, using the information found in Exhibit A from the
Application, a complete list of the qualified broadband equipment investments the Company is
seeking a tax credit for. Please provide the following information in the Excel spreadsheet:
a. The individual item names of the installed broadband equipment;
b. The brand name of the installed broadband equipment;
c. The name of the manufacturer of the installed broadband equipment;
d. The model number of the installed broadband equipment;
e. The total number of items of the broadband equipment that were installed;
f. The date that the broadband equipment was installed;
g. The identification of the area or location where the equipment was installed in Idaho;
and
h. The total cost of each individual item installed.
REQUEST NO. 2: Does the Company certify that all entries within the spreadsheet
provided by the Company in response to Staff Production Request No. 1 contain only broadband
equipment and not labor or other project costs?
