SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF THE NOTICE OF CORPORATE NAME CHANGE
OF PEERLESS NETWORK, INC. TO INFOBIP VOICE,INC.; CASE NO.
PEN-T-26-01.
On March 17,2026,Peerless Network of Idaho,LLC("Company") submitted notice to the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission")updating the business address and name of its
parent company, Peerless Network, Inc., effective February 10, 2026 ("Notice"). The Company
requested that the Commission update its records to reflect the changes. Notice at 2.
STAFF ANALYSIS
In the Notice,the Company requested that the Commission update its records to reflect the
update to the name and address of its parent company, Peerless Network, Inc. Id. at 1. The
Company indicated that Peerless Network, Inc. had been renamed Infobip Voice, Inc., as of
February 10,2026. Id. The Company indicated that the name change of its parent company would
not impact customer service,operations,facilities,or tariff rates within the state. Id. The Company
provided a copy of InfoBip Voice, Inc.'s updated certificates from the Secretary of State of
Delaware that indicated the name change. Id. at Exhibit A.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission acknowledge Peerless Network, Inc.'s name
change to Infobip Voice, Inc. in the Commission's records.
