ROSS, DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL DATE: MAY 19, 2026 SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF AVISTA CORPORATION'S APPLICATION TO INCREASE ITS SCHEDULE 91 ENERGY EFFICIENCY TARIFF RIDER ADJUSTMENT; CASE NO. AVU-E-26-01. On February 13, 2026, Avista Corporation, dba Avista Utilities ("Company") filed an application ("Application") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting authority to increase its I.P.U.C. No. 28, Schedule 91, "Energy Efficiency Rider Adjustment"rates, effective May 1, 2026. On May 1, 2026, the Commission issued Order No. 37025, authorizing a 3.3%increase in overall billed rates. The Commission directed the Company to submit its Schedule 91 tariff in compliance with the rates and charges approved in Order No. 37025. On May 1, 2026, the Company filed its Schedule 91 tariff reflecting the rates approved in Order No. 37025. Commission Staff("Staff') reviewed the Company's tariff and confirmed the tariff is consistent with the Commission's order. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends the Commission approve the tariff submitted on May 1, 2026, as filed, with an effective date of May 1, 2026.
