DRY-W-25-01 COMPANY, LLC'S APPLICATION FOR A ) GENERAL RATE CASE IN THE STATE OF ) ORDER NO. 37037 IDAHO ) On September 15, 2025, Dry Creek Water Company, LLC, ("Company") filed an application ("Application") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting authority to increase rates and charges for water service in the State of Idaho. On April 15, 2026, the Commission issued Order No. 37002, authorizing a total revenue requirement of $1,024,038, with rate increases to be implemented annually over a three-year period. The Commission directed the Company to submit tariffs in compliance with the rates and charges approved in Order No. 37002 within 30 days of the Order. On April 24, 2026, the Commission issued an errata to Order No. 37002,noting a correction to the Year 2 Sewer Company Monthly Customer Charge. Errata to Order No. 37002 at 1. On April 24, 2026, the Company filed tariffs reflecting the rates approved in Order No. 37002 and the errata. Commission Staff("Staff')reviewed the Company's tariffs and discovered a difference between the Commission authorized and Company tariff hookup fee for both 3/4-inch and 1-inch meters. On April 27, 2026, the Company submitted corrected tariffs reflecting the hookup fees authorized in the Commission's order. At that time, Staff recognized that further revisions to the tariff could improve clarity and consistency with other approved water tariffs and worked with the Company to effect these changes. In addition to separating monthly recurring charges by customer type,the Company updated the header and footer to meet PUC requirements and formatted non-recurring charges for consistency with other approved water tariffs. The Company also added text to the recurring schedules to clarify when approved rate increases would take effect in 2027 and 2028. On April 30, 2026, the Company submitted corrected tariffs reflecting the changes recommended by Staff to the April 27 tariff. At the Commission's Decision Meeting on May 5, 2026, Commission Staff presented a Decision Memo indicating it had reviewed the April 30 filing and verified that the updated tariffs were consistent with Order No. 37002. ORDER NO. 37037 1 The Commission now issues this Order approving the updated tariffs contained in the Company's April 30, 2026, compliance filing. COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION The Commission has jurisdiction over the Company's Application and the issues in this case under Title 61 of the Idaho Code including Idaho Code §§ 61-301 through 303. The Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges,rules,regulations,practices, and contracts of all public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential, discriminatory, or in violation of any provisions of law, and to fix the same by order.Idaho Code §§ 61-501 through 503. Having reviewed the record and the Company's submission,the Commission finds that the Company has complied with Order No. 37002. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's Compliance Filing is accepted. The Company's tariffs and schedules filed on April 30, 2026, are approved as filed, with an effective date of April 15, 2026. THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for reconsideration within 21 days of the service date upon this Order regarding any matter decided in this Order.Within seven days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.Idaho Code § 61-626.
