Comment: "I read with disdain, on May 1, of the Idaho Power 2026 Rate Filing of their
Annual Power Cost Adjustment. I am the average consumer with a residence in Ada
County and am angry at the increase that Idaho Power is requesting. Even though I'm
retired, I never received a 3.96% raise in one year when I was working. We average Idaho
residents were lucky to receive a 2% raise. With the skyrocketing costs of everything from
gas to groceries, to utilities,we are being crushed! Please consider NOT approving this
power rate increase. Thank you. "
