VID-W-25-02 INC./TIC UTILITIES, LLC'S APPLICATION ) TO INCREASE RATES AND CHARGES FOR ) ORDER NO. 37024 WATER SERVICE IN THE STATE OF ) IDAHO ) On March 4, 2025, Valiant Water Idaho, Inc./TIC Utilities, LLC, ("Company") filed an application ("Application") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting an Order approving revisions to the Company's schedules of rates and charges for water service in the State of Idaho, to become effective on or after July 1, 2025. On November 3,2025,the Commission issued Order No. 36818, authorizing the Company to increase its rates in an amount less than that requested in the Application. On November 24, 2025, the Company filed a"Request for Reconsideration" of Order No. 36818 ("Petition"),requesting the Commission reconsider the rates approved in Order No. 36818. The Company's Petition was granted on December 19, 2025. Order No. 36879. On March 19, 2026, the Commission issued Order No. 36971, authorizing flat monthly rates of$75 for 3/4-inch and 1-inch flowing customers, $241 for 2-inch flowing customers, and$45 for non-flowing customers.The Commission directed the Company to submit tariffs in compliance with the rates and charges approved in Order No.36971 within 30 days of the Order. On April 16, 2026, the Company filed tariffs reflecting the rates and charges approved in Order No. 36971. Commission Staff ("Staff') reviewed the Company's tariff and, at the Commission's April 28, 2026, Decision Meeting, presented a Decision Memorandum recommending that the Commission approve the tariffs submitted on April 16, 2026, as filed,with an effective date of April 1, 2026. COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION The Commission has jurisdiction over the Company's Application and the issues in this case under Title 61 of the Idaho Code including Idaho Code §§ 61-301 through 303. The Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges,rules,regulations,practices, and contracts of all public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential, ORDER NO. 37021 1 discriminatory, or in violation of any provisions of law, and to fix the same by order.Idaho Code §§ 61-501 through 503. Having reviewed the record and the Company's submission and Staff s recommendation, the Commission finds that the Company has complied with Order No. 36971. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's revised tariffs submitted April 16, 2026, are approved, effective April 1, 2026. THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for reconsideration within 21 days of the service date upon this Order regarding any matter decided in this Order. Within 7 days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.Idaho Code § 61-626.
