Dear Secretary Barrios-Sanchez:
On behalf of Ahoi LLC (the "Registrant"), enclosed for electronic filing with the
Commission is Registrant's Notice to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission. Registrant provides
interconnected voice over Internet protocol services' directly and indirectly (as a wholesaler) to
Idaho residents, businesses and organizations. Registrant has obtained authorization from the
Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to obtain numbering resources nationwide,
including but not limited to Idaho. Registrant is not a"telephone corporation" and does not
provide "telecommunications service"pursuant to federal or Idaho law. Nevertheless, to
facilitate communication with the Idaho Commission and the public at large, Registant is filing
this notice at the request of Idaho Commission staff.

Interconnected VoIP service. (1)An interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol(VoIP)service is a service
that: (i)Enables real-time,two-wayvoice communications;(ii)Requires a broadband connection from the
user's location;(iii)Requires internet protocol-compatible customer premises equipment(CPE);and (iv)
Permits users generally to receive calls that originate on the public switched telephone network and to
terminate calls to the public switched telephone network.47 U.S.C.§ 153;47 C.F.R.§9.3.
2 As conditions to requesting and obtaining numbers directly from the Numbering Administrators,the FCC
requires interconnected VoIP providers to: (1)provide the relevant state commissions with regulatory and
numbering contacts when requesting numbers in those states and(2)file any requests for numbers with the
relevant state commissions at least 30 days prior to requesting numbers from the Numbering Administrators.

All telephone corporations(except cooperative telephone corporations)formed since January 1, 1988 must file a
notice before offering telecommunications services in Idaho. These corporations include but are not limited to sellers
of MTS or WATS, resellers of MTS or WATS services, Operator Service Providers, Data Providers,etc. These
notices must be updated at least annually between December 1 and December 31 each year and whenever there is a
