This Intervenor, the Industrial Customers of Idaho Power is an unincorporated 4 association of Schedule 19 (large power schedule) customers of Idaho Power Company, all of 5 whom receive electric utility services from Idaho Power Company. This Intervenor claims a 6 direct and substantial interest in this proceeding in that its rates for electric service from Idaho 7 8 Power Company may be affected by the outcome of this proceeding. 9 3. This Intervenor intends to participate herein as a party, and if necessary,to 10 introduce evidence, cross-examine witnesses, call and examine witnesses, and be heard in 11 12 argument. The nature and quality of evidence which this Intervenor will introduce is dependent 13 upon the nature and effect of other evidence in this proceeding. 14 15 4. Without the opportunity to intervene herein, this Intervenor would be without any 16 means of participation in this proceeding which may have a material impact on its electric and 17 natural gas rates and the terms and conditions of such service. 18 19 5.
