Dear Secretary Barrios-Sanchez,
Pursuant to Order NO. 36738 issued August 22, 2025, in the above reference case number in the
ORDER paragraph, TruConnect Communications, Inc ("TruConnect" or the "Company")hereby
submits its quarterly update detailing the status of the customer transfer and the plans for Sage.
(a) TruConnect continued our discussions with the FCC during an in-person meeting in March
2026, where we focused on identifying an appropriate path forward for this transition. During
that meeting, the FCC indicated that they would look into the matter and provide guidance on
how to proceed. Currently, we are awaiting their response and guidance.
(b)No USAC guidelines have been set pending item (a). The Company will provide
confirmation that Sage and TruConnect are following guidelines set forth by USAC. The USAC
guidelines refer to any guidelines set in place for transferring Sage customers to TruConnect.
(c) There is nothing to report on the status of the Sage ETC designation after Sage's customers
are transferred to TruConnect, including any estimated date of such determination.
