On April 15, 2026, the Commission issued Order No. 37002 in Case No. DRY-W-25-01.
The following changes should be made to Order 37002.
Due to an oversight,DRYW2501_Attachment A attached to Order No. 37002 was an
incorrect attachment.
Attached hereto as Exhibit 1 is the corrected version of DRYW2501_Attachment A,
which should be substituted for the version previously filed. The corrected version of
the attachment substantively changes only the Year 2 Sewer Company Monthly
Customer Charge.
This correction makes no changes to the text of the underlying Order.
