SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF ALBION TELEPHONE COMPANY'S
APPLICATION FOR THE 2025 BROADBAND TAX CREDIT; CASE NO.
ALB-T-26-01.
On April 8, 2026, Albion Telephone Company, dba ATC Communications ("Company"),
requested to withdraw its application for the 2025 Broadband Tax Credit filed on January 23,2026.
Under Rule of Procedure 68, "Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission,the notice is effective
fourteen(14) days after filing." IDAPA 31.01.01.068. The Commission did not otherwise order.
The Company's Application is withdrawn as a matter of law, effective as of April 22, 2026.
