Comment: "I oppose the current proposed rating increase for Idaho power. The alleged
basis for this rating increase is increased cost that were on an anticipated due to higher
natural gas prices and under performing Hydro projects. Idaho power customers should
not have to suffer rate increases for the companies own failures to plan appropriately."
