Comment: "Why is Idaho Power trying to do another rate change?Theyjust rammed a rate
change through and gouged us all on behalf of IdaCorp/Blackrock. IPC-E-26-10, they are
seeking to raise the rate "for just a year;'which we know they will then seek to make it
permanent at the end of the year. No more rate increases. Idaho Power is gouging us
already and has a monopoly."

Comment: "Enough is enough.Why do they get a free pass to skip reality and pass all the
foreseeable cost to us, again and again. Did they not raise the rates for those reasons in the
past alreadyx10?Are they not experts in this industry? Can't they plan ahead and build
accordingly. By now I would assume they know how Western Idaho operates. You would
assume with all the price hikes appropriate infrastructure would be in place by now to
address these very well known issues. Nothing in Western Idaho is set in stone therefore
you plan ahead for life's curve balls aka a drought year and higher gas prices??? Prices are
the roof and my family has to adjust accordingly, both environmentally and economically.
Can't the CEO and the very well-paid top officials move some money around like the rest of
us?They just raised our prices to make millions and now this. Please put an end to this. "
