Please provide copies of the most recent monthly construction reports for the following projects:
Powerhouse Rehabilitation Program, Units 1 and 2 Replacement Project for the Nine Mile Hydroelectric Development of the Spokane River Project, FERC Project No. 2545;
Post Falls Hydroelectric Development South Channel Dam Spillway Gates Replacement Project, FERC Project No. 2545; and
All other FERC mandated monthly construction reports.
Please provide continuous updates of these reports as they become available.

Please see Avista's response 097C, which contains TRADE SECRET, PROPRIETARY or CONFIDENTIAL information and exempt from public view and is separately filed under IDAPA 31.01.01, Rule 067 and 233, and Section 9-340D, Idaho Code, and pursuant to the Protective Agreement between Avista and IPUC Staff dated June 1, 2016.

The Post Falls Monthly Construction report has been suspended from June until September 2016 when the new motors will be installed. FERC has agreed to suspend reporting until activity resumes. Therefore, the most recent report is for May 2016.
