change to net billing/customer generation rates was linked to wholesale power rates. Will
customer generation compensation also be increased by the same percentage to continue

Comment: "Why is Idaho Power seeking another rate increase after recently ramming
through a rate increase? I oppose this rate increase.Their executives are making millions,
but supposedly, they"need"this extra money? It is no coincidence that all these rate
increases started happening when BlackRock/Private Equity bought massive stakes in
IdaCorp,which owns Idaho Power. This is a monopoly, and it is robbery. I ask that you stand
up for the already struggling Idahoans who will have to foot this bill, and reject this rate
increase."
