Good morning,
I would like to mention my telephone service is currently suspended at the
moment, please communicate with me strictly via this email address for all updates
regarding this emergency investigation.
I would like to report that an Idaho Power supervisor(Debra) refused to provide
a medical fax form to my daughter's doctor's office she stated that I was not eligible
for it, which it's direct violation of your rights under
IDAPA 31.21.01.308
I'm being held liable for a third-party debt plus my account coming out to
be ($9,545.66) from an ex-partner's account Idaho power stated that I was married to
him and my name was mentioned from a energy assistant
application which violates IDAPA 31.21.01.2061 was not listed on the account
holders account nor that I was responsible for anything.
