Please provide a large scale, multi-ownership, map of each of the transmission capital plant investments described in Mr. Cox’s Direct Testimony that includes all transmission, sub-transmission, and distribution assets by owner.
RESPONSE:
The requested data is not available in the form requested and would be burdensome to produce. Please see Staff_PR_107 Attachment A for a copy of Avista’s intertie points map. The map has all transmission lines and substations in our service area.
