Please provide work plans and in-service dates for the each of the transmission investments summarized in Mr. Cox’s Direct Testimony.
RESPONSE:
Staff_PR_104 Attachment A contains project plans for transmission investments included in Mr. Cox’s direct testimony, while Staff_PR_104 Attachment B contains substation planning information. Overall, in-service dates, including the investment dollars associated with components of given business cases, will be included in Avista’s response to Staff_PR_140, which has been updated to reflect project progress and plans through May 31, 2016. Avista updates these estimates every three months to reflect the most current information.
