SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S APPLICATION FOR
A DETERMINATION OF 2025 DEMAND-SIDE MANAGEMENT
EXPENSES AS PRUDENTLY INCURRED; CASE NO. IPC-E-26-05.
On March 13, 2026, Idaho Power Company ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting an order designating expenditures of
$28,936,689.00 in Idaho Energy Efficiency Rider funds, and $8,939,724.00 of demand response
program incentives, for a total of$37,876,413.00, as prudently incurred demand-side management
expenses. Application at 1-2.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Application and
Notice of Modified Procedure, establishing a July 14, 2026, public comment deadline, and an
August 4, 2026, reply comment deadline.
