For looped flow configurations, please list the associated circuits and associated maximum monthly peak loads for the past three years. RESPONSE: As discussed in Avista’s response to Staff_DR_105, the transmission system is a network system that supports load throughout the entire system in both Idaho and Washington. Avista prepares an annual transmission system planning assessment, which has been included in the Company’s response as Staff_PR_106 Attachment B. This assessment provides information about system operating characteristics for the given transmission investment projects, including illustration of given portions of the transmission system (where applicable). Please refer to the Company’s response to Staff_DR_102 Attachment A, which includes cross-references between the transmission investments included in Mr. Cox’s direct testimony and the associated project information in the annual system planning assessment. Staff_PR_103 Attachment A includes the peak monthly loads for the Kamiah and South Lewiston substations for the last three years. Page 1 of 1
