To Whom It may Concern,
I am writing to oppose Avista's proposed 7.4% rate increase to fund the energy
efficiency programs. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income who, like many others, has
been impacted by the current economy. The proposed rate increase of 7.4% for these
programs is an undue burden. As an Avista customer, I am frugal with my energy use to
keep my bills affordable. I do not ask for subsidies.
respectfully request that this increase 7.4% rate increase to fund the energy efficiency
programs be denied.
I am writing this anonymously for fear of the consequences of having my personal
information made public.
