REQUEST:

On page 20 of Mark Thies' testimony he states "In April 2016 the Company requested an extension of the expiration date, requesting an additional two years to April 2021" for the $400 million of revolving credit. Please provide the interest rate, both before and after this extension.

RESPONSE:

The credit facility was not amended and terms of the credit facility did not change as a result of the extension; the maturity date was simply extended to April 2021. The rates in effect, both before and after the extension, can be found in Illustration 6 (p.33) of Thies’ testimony.
