("IIPA")petitioned to intervene in this case on March 20, 2026, and Micron Technology, Inc. ("Micron") petitioned to intervene in this case on March 23,2026,pursuant to Idaho Public Utilities Commission Rules of Procedure 71-75,IDAPA 31.01.01.071-.075. FINDINGS OF FACT We find that no party timely opposed these Petitions to Intervene. We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case, intervention by these parties would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 and should be granted. ORDER IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by IIPA is granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Micron is granted.
