Comment: "I'm retired on a fixed income and I'm getting tired of all thes rate increases it
seems every six months they won't more money along with the cost of living keep going up.
And finding out the CEO is making$ 5 million dollars a year+ all the other VP's salary. it
geting hard for me to pay for this and there exorbitant retirement plans.
Avista now charges me$20 a month just to be hooked up to the grid for electricit and
anther$20 for gas hooked up. These rate increases are completely out of control and
unnecessary."
I'm hereby ask that you to DECLINE their rate increases.
