Please provide or make available the EA5 audit reports, Job Order Sheets and invoice for each Idaho unit completed during the 2013, 2014 and 2015 program years.

RESPONSE:

Please see the Company’s response to Staff_PR_082 for the explanation of current savings estimates which do not include EA5s. Please see Staff_DR_084 Attachment A for a list of the units completed for the years 2013, 2014, 2015. For the purposes of this Production Request, one project file from each year has been provided.

Due to the voluminous data within this request, job order sheets and invoices are available on site at the Lewiston CAP agency, or an audit sampling can be provided upon request.

Please note that not all projects will have an EA5 or a Job Order Sheet. Only on projects where crew labor is involved will there be a Job Order Sheet and EA5 on file.  Also note that electric to natural gas conversions are not included on the EA5 as it does not assess the switching of heating fuels.
