SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF WAVENATION, LLC'S NOTICE OF INTENT TO
OPERATE AS AN "OTHER TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE
PROVIDER"WITHIN THE STATE OF IDAHO; CASE NO.WAV-T-25-01.
On December 3, 2025, Wavenation, LLC, an affiliate of Airus, Inc. and Peerless Network
of Idaho,LLC("Company")submitted a Notice of Intent("Notice")with the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission ("Commission") to operate as an "Other Telecommunications Service Provider"
within the State of Idaho. On January 21, 2026 the Company submitted an Amended Notice.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Commission Staff("Staff") reviewed the Notice, Amended Notice and attached Exhibits.
In the filing submitted on December 3, 2025, the Company provided notice to the Commission
stating that they intend to operate as an"Other Telecommunications Service Provider"in the State
of Idaho.Notice at 1. The Company stated in the Notice that they intend to provide interconnected
VoIP services across the state of Idaho to both residential and business customers. Id. at 3. A
Certificate of Existence from the State of Idaho Office of the Secretary of State was included in
the Amended Notice. Amended Notice at 8. Attachment B.
Staff noted that the Company is not requesting a Certificate of Public Necessity("CPCN")
or a Eligible Telecommunication Carrier("ETC") status in the Notice and Amended Notice.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission acknowledge the Notice and Amended Notice
submitted by the Company.
