Comment: "Please do not approve the Energy Efficiency(AVU-E-26-01)filing. This change
will provide an incentive to the few Idahoans who are able to put energy efficiency
measures in place - meanwhile, the majority of us who are not in a position to do that will
pay the price in higher energy costs. This is not good for the majority of the citizens of
Idaho, many of whom are already struggling to pay our rising utility costs."
