RESPONSE: The Agencies are under rigorous inspection and verification protocol through state and federal funding. Often the homes have multiple funding sources as part of the improvements, including Avista funds. Periodically Avista will visit homes to confirm installation of the measures, but typically leave the inspections to occur as part of the regularly scheduled appointments with the state and federal funding sources.
