APPLICABLE: To all non-metered customers for domestic use and lawn watering.
Multiple living units (Duplex, Triplex) served by a single service line
are considered separate customers for billing purposes and will be
billed the Base Monthly Rate for each unit. The owner of the
Property is responsible for all charges.
RATE: Flat rate per month as follows:

SPRINKLING CHARGE:
From May 1 through September 30, the following rates will be added
to the monthly rates:
Monthly Sprinkling Rate $19.50
Only one (1) Sprinkling Charge will be assessed per property to multiple living units
with a single service line.
Schedule No. 3"Other Recurring and Non-Recurring Charges,"as applicable, will be added to the above charges.

Customers using less than the following minimum charge allowance
will be billed the minimum charge.

Fire Sprinkler Service
APPLICABLE: To all customers who have fire sprinkler systems and/or
inside hose connections for fire fighting purposes.
RATE: For service through a separate line for fire fighting
purposes, as follows:

1 4IISCELLANEOUS: If the installation of a private fire service requires an extension
of the existing mains of the utility, the cost of such
extension shall be borne by the customer.
All private fire service shall be equipped with sealed gate
valves or thermal automatic openings
Meters may be placed on fire services by the utility at any
time. However, metered rates will not apply unless improper
use of water is disclosed. In that event, usage will be billed
to the customer under rate Schedule No. 2.
