In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Mack Redford and Marsha Smith. Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order. The first order of business was approval of MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS on August 9th and August 13th, 2007. Commissioner Kjellander moved for approval of the minutes. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously. The second order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA, item 2. Commissioner Kjellander moved to approve the Consent Agenda. There was no discussion. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously. The next order of business was MATTERS IN PROGRESS: AT&T’s Motion for Extension of Time, Case No. QWE-T-06-17. [No Memo. Donovan Walker, Attorney]. Mr. Walker stated that the motion submitted by AT&T requested an approximate one-week extension of time in which to file its response to Qwest’s motion for a stay of proceedings. He said opposing counsel had indicated by e-mail that they are in agreement with the extension. Commissioner Smith moved to grant the motion. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously. Intermountain Gas Company’s Application for Authority to Change Its Prices, Case No. INT-G-07-03. [No Memo. Donovan Walker, Attorney] Mr. Walker stated that Intermountain Gas is requesting a decrease in annual revenues of approximately $25.4 million or 7.7% resulting in a rate reduction for its customers. He said Staff recommends the Commission process the application by modified procedure with a 28-day comment period and an effective date of October 1st. Commissioner Kjellander moved to accept Staff’s recommendation to process the request using modified procedure. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously.
