Please provide the monthly number of REC’s generated by Palouse Wind included in Net Power Cost for the pro forma 2017 forecast year. Please include the REC prices used and the allocation of monthly values for each state jurisdiction. Please provide work papers in Excel format with formulae intact.

RESPONSE:

The monthly number of REC’s generated by Palouse Wind included in Net Power Cost for the pro forma 2017 forecast year is equal to the MWhs of generation, which is shown in Johnson’s “Palouse Wind” Confidential work paper. The REC price assumed in the pro forma is shown in Exhibit 6, Schedule 1, page 2, row 65 “Non-WA EIA REC Sales.” Allocation to each state jurisdiction is based on the P/T ratio (34.37% to Idaho).
