Also, please provide the number of REC’s held or banked at the beginning and at the end of each year for each jurisdiction for the period 2015 to date. For each REC sold, please provide the date of sale, the price received, and the state jurisdiction that received the proceeds from the sale. Please provide work papers in Excel format with formulae intact. RESPONSE: Please see Avista's response 074C, which contains TRADE SECRET, PROPRIETARY or CONFIDENTIAL information and exempt from public view and is separately filed under IDAPA 31.01.01, Rule 067 and 233, and Section 9-340D, Idaho Code, and pursuant to the Protective Agreement between Avista and IPUC Staff dated June 1, 2016. The worksheet in the Company’s response to Staff_PR_070 shows the monthly Palouse Wind generation for the period January 2015 through June 2016. There is one REC for each MWh of generation. Generation at the system level is apportioned to Washington and Idaho jurisdictions by the P/T ratio (34.76% in 2015 and 35.29% in 2016 for Idaho). All Palouse RECs have been sold or are in inventory. Staff_PR_074C Confidential Attachment A is a worksheet showing Palouse Wind REC sales for the period 2012 to date.
