Tom Arkoosh and Nicholas J. Erekson of Arkoosh Law Offices, and hereby submits this Supplemental Notice Regarding Tribal Notification. I. INTRODUCTION Applicant submits this filing to supplement the record concerning notice to Tribal authorities in connection with the above-captioned ETC application. Applicant makes this supplemental filing to address Staff s concern regarding notice to Tribal authorities potentially affected by the requested statewide ETC designations. II. SUPPLEMENTAL TRIBAL NOTICE On or about March 16, 2026, Applicant caused written notice of this application, together with copies of the application or sufficient docket information to permit review of the filing,to be provided to the Tribal authorities identified by Applicant as potentially relevant to the requested ETC designation. The notice advises the recipient Tribal authorities of: 1. the pendency of the above-captioned ETC application before the Commission; 2. the nature of the ETC relief requested; 3. the opportunity to review the application and related filings in the docket; and SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE REGARDING TRIBAL NOTIFICATION—Page 1 4. the opportunity to submit comments or otherwise contact the Commission or Applicant regarding the application. True and correct copies of the notice letters are attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Declaration of Elizabeth Brayman in Support of Supplemental Notice Regarding Tribal Notification regarding the date and manner of service of those notices is filed concurrently herewith. III. PURPOSE OF SUPPLEMENT Applicant respectfully submits that this supplemental notice cures any concern regarding whether all potentially relevant Tribal authorities received direct written notice of the application. The supplemental notice is intended to provide and document that any Tribal authority wishing to comment has a fair opportunity to do so before final Commission action. IV. REQUEST FOR COMMISSION CONSIDERATION Applicant respectfully requests that the Commission: 1. accept this Supplemental Notice Regarding Tribal Notification into the record in these proceedings; 2. accept the attached Tribal notice materials as part of the record supporting the application; and 3. proceed to consider the ETC application once the Commission is satisfied that Tribal authorities have had a reasonable opportunity to review and respond to the notice provided. In addition, the Tribal Link Up program provides qualified households up to$100 off initial installation charges at a customer's primary residence.As we evaluate where Ziply Fiber will invest to expand its fiber footprint we will keep you informed when and where tribal lands are included. ZFP-T-24-02 and ZWL-T-24-02 to Tribal authorities within the State of Idaho. 4. The notices were transmitted to the Coeur d'Alene Tribe, the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho,the Nez Perce Tribe, the Shoshone Bannock Tribes of Fort Hall, and the Shoshone Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Reservation. 6. The notices were transmitted by U.S. mail to the Tribal government offices and/or designated Tribal representatives. 7. True and correct copies of the notice letters transmitted to the Tribal authorities are attached as Exhibit A to Applicants' Supplemental Notice Regarding Tribal Notification. 8.
