Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association, Inc. ("IIPA"), by and through its counsel,
respectfully submits this Errata to its Petition for Intervenor Funding filed on February 9, 2026.
After receiving the Commission's Order No. 36954 awarding one-half of IIPA's
requested intervenor funding based on the late filing, IIPA began reviewing its internal records to
update case files. During this review, IIPA discovered that the expert witness fee calculation in
Exhibit A was inadvertently prepared using the hours from a different docket, IPC-E-25-23,
rather than the hours applicable to this case, IPC-E-25-27.
Upon identifying this error, counsel for IIPA, Eric L. Olsen, immediately notified Idaho
Power Company of the mistake and informed them that IIPA would be filing this Errata, which
reduces the previously requested amount. Counsel also asked Idaho Power to hold issuance of
the intervenor funding check so that the correction could be made.

In addition to this errata, IIPA is updating the formatting and detail in its
intervenor-funding submissions going forward to more closely follow Rule 162 by providing a
more detailed breakdown of time, tasks, and associated costs. This enhancement is intended to
ensure accuracy and prevent inadvertent errors in future filings as was mentioned in Order No.
36958 that was recently filed.
A corrected Exhibit A is attached. No other part of the Petition is modified by this Errata.
