ticket, verified operator qualifications, verified equipment calibration, correct trench depth, observed butt
fusion process, verified proper rollback of completed 3/4" butt fusions, EFV 1200 installation, tracer wire
and bedding with sand, successful pressure test, squeeze off, mechanical fitting (cons-stab) and backfill.
Quizzed employee on applicable ADCs of butt fusion and squeeze off procedures. All observed procedures
were followed in accordance with IGC procedures.
