Observations included (Ustick Road between Linder and Ten Mile) Safety equipment, JSA, valid dig
ticket, line locating, potholing, verified operator qualifications, verified equipment calibration, correct
trench/bore depth, observed butt fusion process, verified proper rollback of completed 6"butt fusions,
observed install a weak link prior to boring. Observed employees scrap multiple sections of pipe with
greater than 10%wall damage. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC
procedures.
