Observations of Das-Co crew at(857 W Buroak Dr, Meridian, ID. Safety equipment, valid dig ticket,
locating, verified operator qualifications, verified equipment calibration, correct trench depth, observed
butt fusion process, verified proper rollback of completed 3/4"butt fusions, EFV 1200 installation, tracer
wire and bedding with sand, successful pressure test, squeeze off and shading. Quizzed employee on
applicable AOCs for squeeze times. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC
procedures.
