locating, verified operator qualifications, verified equipment calibration, correct trench depth, observed
butt fusion process, stab fittings, verified proper rollback of completed 3/4"butt fusions, EFV 1200
installation, tracer wire and bedding with native soil, successful pressure test, squeeze off and shading.
Quizzed employee on applicable AOCs for squeeze times. All observed procedures were followed in
accordance with IGC procedures.
